1. Shipping Charges & COD

  • Free Shipping on All Prepaid Orders : We offer FREE shipping all over India on all prepaid orders (paid via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, or Wallets). 
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) : We provide both Standard and Express Delivery options across India for COD orders. (A nominal handling fee applies for COD payments at checkout).

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing Time :  All orders are dispatched from our Lucknow unit within 1 business day from the date of order placement. 
  • Standard Delivery Timeline : Deliveries across India typically take 3 to 4 days post-dispatch.

3. In Case of Delays

If your shipment is delayed or cannot be dispatched within the estimated timeframe due to unforeseen courier or weather disruptions, please feel free to reach out to our team immediately. We will personally ensure your order is prioritized and resolved.

4. Track Your Order

Once your package is dispatched, a tracking link along with the courier consignment/AWB number will be sent directly to your registered WhatsApp number and email address, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.
